Refund policy

At Fortiva Sport, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we offer a smooth and straightforward return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

EU Customers: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. You do not need to return the item within this period — you simply need to notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, return shipping is free, and you'll receive a full refund.
  • For all other returns, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. We'll provide you with a return label for your convenience.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the same form.
  • The return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges! If you'd like a different size or color, please reach out to our team at support@fortivasport.com and we'll help you get started.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale, including sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees.
