Fortiva Sport was founded by Gabriel — born in Costa Rica, raised with a Latin American spirit, and now building something in the UK. Growing up, strength and life were never separate things. That's where the name came from: Fortis (strength) and Viva (life) — two words that sum up everything this brand is about. Fortiva is a UK brand, built here, for the women who train here.
As a male founder in womenswear, Gabriel knows the position is unconventional. He can't wear the pieces himself. But that's never been the point. The point is the obsession — over fabrics, over fits, over making something that genuinely serves the women wearing it.
The belief is simple: feeling strong shouldn't be exclusive. Whether you're training, doing pilates, going for a run, or just grabbing a coffee in your kit — you deserve activewear that works as hard as you do, at a price that doesn't hold you back.
